Having forced his way into both Middlesex’s Second XI and England U19s it’s already been a magnificent summer so far for 17-year-old seamer Blake Cullen.
The teenager has long been tipped for success with his county but this year’s Tri-Series has signalled a breakthrough at international U19 level under head coach Jon Lewis.
England were unable to make the final, finishing behind Bangladesh and eventual winners India, but Cullen is taking a lot from the experience having claimed six wickets in as many ODIs.
