THE HARD yards of winter are paying off superbly for Daryl Mitchell as he and Hamish Rutherford scored sublime centuries in Worcestershire’s hefty victory over Lancashire. The Pears have topped the North Group in each of the past two One-Day Cup seasons and have started perfectly once again, downing Lancashire by 125 runs at Old Trafford having made 367.
