IRELAND batting hero Paul Stirling is looking to take his international form into the T20 Blast with Northamptonshire after signing a deal that will see him available for all of their games in the tournament.
The 29-year-old opener smashed a mighty 142 off 128 balls to help the Emerald Isle achieve a historic second ever victory over England in Tuesday’s third one-dayer.
Stirling now has an incredible 5,473 T20 runs to his name at a strike rate of 142, making him one of the most feared batsman in the world over the shortest format.
