Irish players could play at World Cup on expired contracts

IRELAND’S MEN could play their matches at the upcoming T20 World Cup on expired central contracts as Cricket Ireland and the Irish Cricketers’ Association (ICA) continue to negotiate.
The most recent contracts expired in February with the players playing under those contracts’ terms as they rolled over indefinitely while discussions continued.
