Afghanistan demolish woeful Black Caps

Afghanistan beat a rusty New Zealand, who had not played any warm-up matches, by a crushing 84 runs in Guyana to make it two big victories out of two.

As they had done against Uganda, the openers laid a firm foundation after being sent in, Rahmanullah Gurbaz hitting 80 from 56 balls to help his side to 159-6. Fellow opener Ibrahim Zadran racked up 44 from 41 to go with his 70 against Uganda.
