IT doesn’t take long for the striking lack of diversity among county cricket’s coaching set-ups to become obvious.
A look through the websites of the 18 counties reveals just how startlingly homogenous coaches in the county game have remained.
Indeed, for a tournament first played for in 1890, you could argue that not too much has changed in the intervening 128 years.
