Dhawan’s effort all in vain for India

AFTER a winter of Tri-Nations series’, the latest to be contested will see Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh vie for the Nidahas Trophy.
In the first match, Sri Lanka reaped the rewards of winning the toss and electing to bowl first as they claimed two quickfire wickets in Rohit Sharma (0) and Suresh Raina (1).
Sri Lanka were then left as a passenger to Shikhar Dhawan’s rampaging 90, as he continued his solid form built in South Africa.
