CRAIG Overton’s scintillating Bob Willis Trophy campaign continued after taking three wickets to help Somerset bundle Warwickshire out for 121 at Edgbaston.
Overton took 3-17 from 14 overs to take his season tally to 14 wickets at an average of 9.85, having added a yard of pace in a bid to improve his England chances.
He certainly did his hopes no harm in Birmingham, removing top-order batsmen Rob Yates, Sam Hain and Michael Lamb as Warwickshire struggled for form early on.
