CAPTAIN Kyle Coetzer saw his Scotland side smash an international record – and then tipped them to gain Full-Member status.
Coetzer led his side to a thumping victory in the first One-Day International over Oman on Tuesday after bowling their hosts out for just 24 in Al Amerat – the lowest total in List A cricket featuring two national teams and the fourth-lowest score in List A history.
Six Oman players were dismissed without scoring, with seamers Ruaidhri Smith and Adrian Neill both claiming 4-7 in a 10- wicket victory, secured with 280 balls to spare.
