KENT SPITFIRES spinner Elliot Hooper said his debut was a dream come true after helping the Spitfires romp to victory over Middlesex as they rubber-stamped top spot in the South Group.
The 25-year-old, who was one of seven debutants for the visitors at Lord’s because of a Covid-19 outbreak at Canterbury, took 3-24 to restrict Middlesex to 80 and seal a 77-run win.
