THERE WAS A VERY SPECIFIC MOMENT THAT I DECIDED I WAS GOING TO BECOME A PAINTER.
I was playing for Gloucestershire in a County Championship match at Worcester. It was 1987.
You know Worcester – one drop of rain and the ground is flooded – so we’d been stuck in the changing rooms for a couple of days and I was getting twitchy.
