Thompson handed a new deal

YORKSHIRE all-rounder Jordan Thompson is taking nothing for granted having signed a new contract.
Thompson is now tied to Headingley until 2023.
He has held down a place in the side thanks to his form last season and this but will never take his place for granted.
“I’m delighted to have signed for another two years,” said Thompson.
“We had a strange year last year with the two-month season, but I came out of it having done pretty well with both bat and ball.”
