THE recent outstanding performances by Yorkshire’s exciting all-rounder Jordan Thompson in the Vitality Blast have been recognised this week by Northern Superchargers, the Hundred franchise based at Headingley, who’ve signed him to replace Olly Stone, the England fast bowler, out for the rest of the season with a stress fracture in his back.
