AS a stocky fast bowler from Middlesbrough making waves at Yorkshire, Dom Leech has certainly fallen from the same tree as Liam Plunkett. The 19-year-old’s cricketing CV is spotless. He was wearing county colours from his early teens and made a first-team debut against Notts in the Bob Willis Trophy. But it is one of World Cup winner Plunkett’s less attractive qualities – recurring stress injuries – that have plagued his fellow Teessider’s young career at every turn.
