Derbyshire’s Viljoen heading for the Pakistan Super League

fast will continue his winter travels by adding to the growing list of visa stamps in his passport.

The South African has played in the inaugural T10 tournament in Afghanistan during the close season as well as heading back to his homeland to play for the Johannesburg-based Lions.

The now awaits the 28-year-old who will be wearing the colours of the Multan Sultans when the tournament gets underway in February.

Viljoen joins fellow overseas stars Kieron Pollard, , and Derbyshire -mate in leading the Sultans’ charge for silverware with Shoaib Malik.

For fans of in this country, there are just 99 days to wait until the 2018 cricket season begins.
